When you push him to 10%, pop evasion and blast. He CAN still spawn adds at this point, so depending on your damage you may want to wait with him at 11-12% HP for an add set and then push him right after you kill them. At 10% HP he enrages and hits very hard and fast. Sprint as far in a straight line as you can away from the boss when he's about to spawn them and you can just black powder them down while tabbing your autos to keep them even. Make sure you have Crippling on for the adds. Just move very, very slowly around the edge of the room, and use cloak to drop multiple pools in the same spot when you can. You can usually get 2 puddles on the same spot before you have to move. Stand far behind him when he's spawning and start running along the edge when he gets to you to get him to spawn his first pool as close to the edge as possible, then stop immediately.
